// Who publishes this
Cloudare Technologies Pvt Ltd is an Oracle-certified ERP implementation and global e-invoicing compliance firm founded in 2017. We've shipped 200+ e-invoicing implementations since 2017 across Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Zoho, Odoo and Tally. We operate from Kantabanji (Odisha), Raipur, Dubai, Michigan and Ontario.
einvoice.global is our editorial project — a working reference for the global e-invoicing mandates we live inside every day. We publish it because the existing references are either (a) marketing blogs by individual ASP vendors with axes to grind or (b) consultancy paywalls. Neither is useful when you're an implementer at 2am with a regulator deadline.
// Where data comes from
Every country brief ranks sources in this order. We never publish a fact whose primary source we can't link to.
- Primary regulator portals — FTA (UAE), ZATCA (KSA), GSTN (India), LHDN (Malaysia), OTA (Oman), DGFiP (France), HMRC (UK), BMF (Germany), AFIP/ARCA (Argentina), DJP (Indonesia), and equivalents.
- Official legislation — gazetted decrees, ministerial decisions, royal decrees, EU directives (EUR-Lex for ViDA).
- Standards bodies — CEN/TC 434 for EN 16931; OpenPeppol for PINT and BIS specs.
- Pre-approved provider lists — published by FTA, OTA, ZATCA, LHDN, etc.
- Secondary aggregators — VATupdate, Sovos compliance blog, EDICOM, Pagero blogs — only as cross-references, never as sole source.
// How freshness works
Each country page carries a Last verified stamp. Country briefs reviewed in the last 30 days show a green dot in the header. The footer shows when the build was published.
We re-verify any country brief on a moving deadline:
- Hot mandates (UAE, KSA Wave, France PPF, India IRP, Malaysia, Oman) — monthly
- Active mandates (EU member states, Brazil, Mexico, Chile) — quarterly
- Stable mandates and reference data (ERPs, schemas, glossary) — semi-annually
Found something stale? Email team@einvoice.global and we'll patch the next build.
// What we don't do
- No paid placements. The ASP / GSP / Peppol AP directory is not a referral scheme. We don't take vendor money to feature them, list them higher, or omit competitors.
- No vendor lock-in advice. Cloudare's value is that we're ASP-agnostic implementation engineers. We integrate your ERP with whichever ASP you pick. We will not steer you toward a vendor because we have a partnership margin.
- No login wall. Everything is open. We don't gate country briefs behind email capture.
- No ad targeting. No third-party tracking pixels. No cookie-based fingerprinting. We use Umami (cookie-less, GDPR-clean) for anonymous traffic counting.
- No AI-generated content presented as research. Every country brief is reviewed by a Cloudare practice lead before publish.
- No "definitive" guarantees. Mandates change weekly. Use this atlas to navigate; verify against the regulator's portal before you sign anything.

// Privacy & data
We use no third-party tracking. Page-view counts come from Umami — cookie-free, GDPR / DPDPA-compliant, no fingerprinting.
Lead-capture forms (readiness wizard, contact, country playbook downloads) collect only name, email and company — transmitted via Resend, stored only in Sailesh's inbox.
We never share or resell.
