Yardi Voyager

Real-estate and property-management ERP — invoicing is lease-driven, which changes the mapping problem.

// Key components

  • Yardi Voyager core receivables
  • Yardi Interfaces / Data Import-Export
  • Yardi Elevate and Bill Pay for AP-side flows
  • Partner connectors to accredited ASPs
  • Custom SQL-based extracts where no interface exists

// Strengths

  • Deep property, lease and service-charge modelling that generic ERPs lack
  • Strong in UAE and KSA real-estate portfolios, which are squarely in scope for PINT-AE and ZATCA
  • Recurring billing engine produces highly predictable invoice shapes
  • Interfaces layer gives a supported extraction path without core modification

// Watch-outs

  • No native statutory e-invoicing module — every mandate needs an interface or ASP connector
  • Lease and service-charge invoices carry allocation detail that does not map cleanly to EN 16931 or PINT line semantics; agree the mapping before build
  • Recharges, accruals and true-ups often post as credit/debit notes the regulator treats differently
  • Tenant master data rarely holds the tax identifiers a clearance regime requires — expect a data remediation workstream before go-live
